Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data in server log files:

• IP address of the accessing device
• date and time of access
• page requested and volume of data transferred
• browser type and operating system

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR). As the processing partly takes place in the USA, the transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.

Cookies & tracking

For general visitors to this website we use no third-party analytics, statistics or marketing services and no tracking cookies.

To measure reach we count page views with our own, cookieless counter. We record only the page visited and the approximate country of origin — no IP address, no cookies and no combination into a person. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly reach measurement (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For the password- and link-protected internal area (studio, presentations, CI documents, offers) a technically necessary, first-party session cookie is used to keep you signed in during your visit. No third parties are involved.

When recipients open a document provided via a personal link (e.g. an offer), we log the access (time, document opened, coarse origin at country level; the IP address only in pseudonymised, hashed form). This serves to confirm receipt and to support better service during business development (Art 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and concerns only recipients of such personal links or signed-in users — not general website visitors.

Fonts & media

Fonts are loaded directly from our own server — there is no connection to Google Fonts or other third parties. All videos are likewise embedded directly from our server; no content is loaded from YouTube, Vimeo or comparable services.

Getting in touch

If you contact us by phone or email, your details are processed in order to handle your enquiry (Art 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
